Street Feast Social Media Competition Policy

We love hosting exciting competitions and giveaways at Street Feast to show appreciation to our community! To keep everything fair and fun, we ask that all participants follow the guidelines outlined below. By entering any of our competitions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

1. Age: Entrants must be at least 18 years old.

3. Exclusion: Employees of Street Feast, their immediate family members, or anyone involved in the running of the competition are not eligible to enter.

Selection of Winner

1. Random Draw: Unless otherwise stated, winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
2. Announcement: The winner(s) will be announced within 48 hours of the competition closing via our social media channels and/or contacted via direct message.
3. Claiming Prizes: Winners must respond within 7 days of the announcement or risk forfeiting the prize. In such cases, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes

1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other prizes.
2. Street Feast reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
3. Any additional costs related to claiming or using the prize, such as travel, accommodation, or other expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

General Conditions

1. Street Feast reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant found to be tampering with the competition or violating these terms and conditions.
2. We will not be responsible for any entries lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
3. By entering, you agree to participate in any publicity related to the competition, including having your name and image shared on our social media pages.

2. Street Feast reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation.
